About the Role
We are a Spanish restaurant in the heart of Chelsea and are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
You will be responsible for:
- Running your section efficiently while keeping high standards
- Supporting junior team members to deliver exceptional dishes

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Managers and organises your mise en place
- Supervises and supports Commis Chefs and junior staff members
- Ensures consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitors stock levels and communicates with senior chefs
- Maintains cleanliness and food safety standards

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
