We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to join the Main Kitchen team within Claridge’s.

Main Kitchen

  • The preparation and service of food within the Foyer and Reading Room, In Room Dining and our luxury event space, catering for up to 1000 people per day, working alongside the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef
  • Manage and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on the section.
  • Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
  • Working with and supporting Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties and First Commis Chefs.
  • Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
  • Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control.

Requirements

Successful candidates for our Chef de Partie opportunity will:

  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential
  • You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
  • Have a thorough understanding of Forbes and LQA Standards.
