We’re looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team and help deliver outstanding dining experiences at AC Hotel by Marriott on Salford Quays.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen while upholding brand and culinary standards, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Lead your team with strong leadership and composure, thriving under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Work deeply with the kitchen staff to create exceptional meals—guests won’t want to leave after tasting your dishes!
- Rotating shift patterns across 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including evenings and weekends (flexibility available).
