About the Role
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll lead your section in delivering consistent excellence while thriving in a high-energy kitchen. Your responsibility includes:
- Managing your station with precision during busy services
- Mentoring junior team members and maintaining high standards in prep, cooking, and plating
- Collaborating with the team to lift service and presentation

Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Coordinating and delivering service across one or more kitchen sections
- Producing high-quality dishes aligned with specifications
- Leading by example—mentoring junior cooks and fostering growth
- Showcasing sharp knife skills and technical expertise
- Ensuring the kitchen adheres to the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards

To succeed here, you should:
- Be passionate about food and working collaboratively

- Have hands-on kitchen experience, with a proven track record in preparation, cooking, and assistance
