Chef de Partie – Flexi Hours

** Organisation: Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill**

Salary: Competitive + Service Charge

Key Responsibilities

In this Chef de Partie role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing consistent, high-quality dishes that enhance the memorable dining experience
  • Taking ownership of the food service, upholding culinary excellence
  • Managing budgets and controlling food costs in line with business goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise guest satisfaction
  • Mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members to foster excellence
  • Ensuring correct presentation, hygiene, sanitation, and proper equipment handling
  • Staying knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal ingredients, and new products
  • Building strong guest rapport

About You

We’re looking for a skilled professional with:

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in hotel operations
  • Confidence in managing a specific kitchen section
  • Ability to maintain high-standards under pressure
  • A reliable team player mindset
  • Autonomous, hands-on approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences
