Our dynamic team invites applications for a motivated Chef De Partie to join a fast-paced hospitality kitchen. If you’re passionate about cooking, thrive under pressure, and love delivering outstanding food experiences, this is your opportunity!


Requirements

  • Experience: Previous culinary experience required
  • Passion: Keen interest in cooking and openness to learning
  • Skills:
    • Strong organisational and communication abilities
    • Ability to work efficiently in all shifts (morning, afternoon/evening, weekends)
    • Ability to work well under pressure

Key Responsibilities

As Chef De Partie, your role includes:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to exacting standards within your section
  • Ensuring full compliance with hybrid certification and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain seamless service operations
  • Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff with guidance and training
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
  • Offering creative input for menu development and promoting seasonal or special dishes
