Our dynamic team invites applications for a motivated Chef De Partie to join a fast-paced hospitality kitchen. If you’re passionate about cooking, thrive under pressure, and love delivering outstanding food experiences, this is your opportunity!
Requirements
- Experience: Previous culinary experience required
- Passion: Keen interest in cooking and openness to learning
- Skills:
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in all shifts (morning, afternoon/evening, weekends)
- Ability to work well under pressure
Key Responsibilities
As Chef De Partie, your role includes:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to exacting standards within your section
- Ensuring full compliance with hybrid certification and safety standards
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain seamless service operations
- Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff with guidance and training
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
- Offering creative input for menu development and promoting seasonal or special dishes
