Requirements for Chef de Partie
We’re seeking:
- An existing Chef de Partie or a skilled Commis Chef eager to take their next career step.
- Someone driven by a passion for delivering quality, fresh food and an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Demonstrate experience in championing excellent food service ✅ Cultivate a passion for creating consistently fantastic meals ✅ Active hands-on management as Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor ✅ Proactive learning & teamwork: Developed communication skills & willingness to enhance expertise ✅ Collaborate with the Head Chef to design new dishes and enhance daily specials ✅ Exhibit organisational brilliance to manage costs and staffing efficiently (e.g., GP & labour forecasting) ✅ Drive sales through kitchen-front of house collaboration
