Chef de Partie - Holborn Dining Room

Role We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie - Holborn Dining Room to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Chefs de Partie are entrusted with efficiently managing sections in the kitchen and directly report to the Junior Sous Chef.

Key expectations of this role are Ensuring food safety and health and safety regulation and standards are respected by the brigade all times. Overseeing food wastage and food quality in order to maintain profit margins without compromising on quality standards. Supervising and developing Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs. Taking a proactive approach in planning ahead and preparing for your section.
