About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food across our catering operations. You'll be responsible for managing your section, maintaining excellent food standards and supporting junior team members while working closely with the wider kitchen brigade.

We're Looking For People Who:

  • Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience at Commis/Sous Chef level
  • Are passionate about fresh, seasonal and sustainable food
  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoy being part of a team and supporting colleagues
  • Take pride in delivering outstanding food and service
