Chef de Partie – Patatino, The Hoxton, Edinburgh
Company Description
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to keep the kitchen rolling, hit on perfection and make every plate unforgettable**—**both culinary and warmly memorable—at The Hoxton, Edinburgh.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role ensures seamless service, flawless food quality, and guest satisfaction in one of our newest and most vibrant centres in Scotland’s historic West End.
The Hoxton’s Edinburgh location spans 11 stunning Georgian townhouses,packing:
- 214 bedrooms nestled under a lively atmosphere
- A thriving open lobby and bar
- Patatino—our all-day Italian trattoria offering fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and signature cocktails, inspired by warm Italian romance and bold Scottish modernity
- A retro-inspired cinema, flexible event space (The Get Together), and The Apartment—ideal for private gatherings, celebrations, and gatherings unforgettable togetherness.

What You’ll Do…
You’re Curator of Culinary Wardrobe at Patatino Edinburgh
- Lead a dedicated kitchen section—where a constantly changing menu meets relentless quality, hydration and guest happiness.
- Manage upward to the Executive Chef, collaborating on new techniques, designs and ever-shifting international influences
- Whitest of chefs—stringent food hygiene standards and statutory compliance are your lifeline.
- Stillness in kitchen-body thunder means smart precision, coordination and even harmonisation will immensely sing consequently.
- Fulfil a key career-shaping voice, Develop and uplift kitchen—especially for new recruits—by setting an example of example-led leadership.
