About the Role
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is passionate about food, eager to develop their skills, and excited by the opportunity to work with high-quality ingredients in a fast-paced, creative kitchen.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your section during service, maintaining excellent food standards, and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
- Managing your section efficiently during service
- Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
- Supporting Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties in their development
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assisting with stock management and minimising waste
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or strong Commis Chef in a quality-led restaurant or hotel
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A team-focused approach with a commitment to excellence
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £36,692 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
