Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Chef De Partie to join the team in Bristol.
About the role…
As a Chef de Partie, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
- Work alongside our exceptional Head Chef and Sous Chef to craft beautifully presented, high-quality dishes that delight our guests.
- Master each recipe, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is executed with precision and elegance.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, health, and safety standards, keeping your section spotless and service-ready at all times.
- Stay organised and efficient, preparing flawless mise en place to guarantee a smooth, timely, and elevated dining experience for every guest.
- Collaborate closely with your team, supporting your colleagues, and celebrating excellence throughout the kitchen.
- Bring flexibility and commitment - our guests expect outstanding service during evenings and weekends.
