The Novotel Wolverhampton, part of Fairview Hotels' portfolio, offers three opportunities to join their current team. We are a modern 132-room hotel located in the city centre, just a short walk from Wolverhampton train centre and with excellent road links via the M6 and M54.

Job Description
- Run and manage your own section, ensuring mise en place for service.
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to the Hotels recipes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety
- Work flexible straight shifts to cover the business, mid-week, and weekends. Breakfast shifts may be required to cover holidays. Hours approximately 30 hours per week.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback

Qualifications
- Level 2 Food Safety required. Previous Hotel experience is preferred, however suitable for promotion.
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a small team and/or alone
