This hands-on role is pivotal to our kitchen operation. You’ll lead:

  • Section Cooking
  • Ensuring food safety, compliance with legislation, and company standards in combination with storage and prep.

You’ll partner closely with:

  • Facility kitchen staff
  • Front-of-house team
  • Management

Things You’ll Do:

  • Operate efficiently under pressure, ringing dishes to deadlines.
  • Create a spotless working area, guaranteeing hygiene and cleanliness.
