Key Details
- Location: Windsor
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Wage: £30,000 per annum

Duties & Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes (in line with recipes/standards) while maintaining top-tier food safety standards
- Station Management: Oversee your allocated dishes, maintain station cleanliness/supply, and uphold policies/procedures
- Quality Control: Maintain impeccable standards in presentation and taste for every dish
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively, support colleagues, and foster cohesion
- Menu Development: Partner with the head chef to develop, taste, and innovate new recipes
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep your area and kitchen equipment spotless, organised, and operational
Eligibility & Skills
Were you cut out for leadership on a professional kitchen floor? These are what we look for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Passion for diverse cuisines & cutting-edge techniques
- Deep understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation
- Adaptability to high-pressure, team-oriented environments
- Attention to detail, organisation, and impeccable punctuality
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
