Chef De Partie - Mon to Fri
Chef de Partie – Mon to Fri (No Weekend Service)
Location: Windsor Salary: £30,000 per annum
The position is a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2026, with a potential move to another location in January 2027 if extended.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards while ensuring food safety compliance at all times.
- Station Management: Oversee production for assigned dishes, maintain station cleanliness and organisation, and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Quality Control: Uphold high standards for presentation, taste, and consistency in all dishes.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with teammates and offer support where needed.
- Menu Development: Partner with the head chef to explore new recipes, suggest improvements, or drive innovation.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep kitchen areas (including your own station) clean, organised, and properly equipped.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and diverse cuisines.
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
