Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times.

Station Management
- Oversee production of all dishes assigned to your station.
- Maintain supplies and cleanliness within policies and procedures.
- Organise and stock your area effectively.

Quality Control
- Maintain high-quality, consistent standards.
- Ensure dishes meet presentation, taste, and flavour expectations.

Team Collaboration
- Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide assistance and support when needed.

Menu Development
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop and refine new recipes.
- Offer suggestions for innovation and improvement.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Ensure all equipment remains in good working order.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or comparable role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong grasp of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
