Chef De Partie
Chef de Partie – Full-Time (35h/week)
We’re looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our passionate team and help create exceptional food experiences for Defence customers in the UK.
As part of the Defence team at Compass Group UK&I, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- Job Title: Chef de Partie (Full-Time, 35h/week)
- Contractual Role: Operates within ESS (Defence, Government, and Energy Services)
- Company: Compass Group UK & Ireland
You’ll work within a dedicated team to prepare and serve outstanding food while upholding high standards for hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food to delight guests
- Ensuring full compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards (FSE/Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate required)
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
- Demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills
- Operating effectively under pressure while delivering exceptional service
