The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie to join our 4AA Rosette-rated No. 1 restaurant, led by Head Chef John Munro. In this supporting role, you’ll:
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head Chef and sous Chefs to consistently deliver exceptional, seasonal cuisine using fresh, finest-quality ingredients — all prepared from scratch.
- Apply innovative, modern cooking techniques to elevate dishes and guest experiences.
- Maintain haute cuisine standards under pressure during peak service periods.
- Foster kitchen culture through training, mentoring, and coaching of Apprentices, Démis, and Commis Chefs.
- Uphold self-direction and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure consistency, creating memorable dining experiences without shift splitting (to preserve work-life balance).

Hours: 5 consecutive working days per week (covering dinner service only).
