OXO Tower is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team on London’s South Bank. Set within the iconic OXO Tower with stunning views across the River Thames, OXO Brasserie is known for its lively atmosphere, modern brasserie-style dining, and seasonal menus. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen and ensuring every dish leaving your station meets the high standards our guests expect.
About The Role...
- Take ownership of your section, preparing and delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and care.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute seasonal menus and maintain excellent standards during service.
- Prepare thorough and organised mise en place to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy lunch and evening periods.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and technical ability, handling fresh ingredients with attention and respect.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation across your section at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade, supporting a positive, professional, and fast-paced team environment.
- Remain calm and focused during high-volume service while ensuring quality and presentation remain exceptional.
- Show flexibility and commitment to the demands of a busy hospitality venue, including evenings and weekends.
