The Role
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality-led kitchen ideally at rosette standard.
- Passion for seasonal British cuisine and fresh ingredients.
- Experience working in busy, high-volume environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own section effectively.
- Calm and professional approach during busy services.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Desire to learn, develop and progress within a growing business.
