We’re looking for a chef who wants to be part of something exciting—someone who cares about great food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and wants a genuine opportunity to help shape what comes next.
Our pub is entering a really exciting new chapter. With 14 boutique rooms, a busy sports-led atmosphere, and a growing reputation for delivering brilliant guest experiences, we’re now putting huge energy into transforming our food offering into something special.

That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an existing Chef de Partie—or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step—to join us at the start of this journey. This is a chance to join a kitchen that’s evolving, where your ideas will be welcomed and where you’ll have real influence on both the food we serve and the culture we build as a team.
We want someone who brings more than just solid kitchen skills. We want passion, creativity, energy, and pride in what goes on the plate.
Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll help drive standards, contribute to menu development, and play an important role in creating daily specials and new dishes. If you love sharing ideas, experimenting with flavors, and being part of a collaborative kitchen environment, you’ll fit right in.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, development, and the chance to grow alongside a business with real ambition.
