Chef De Partie

We are currently recruitng for Chef de Partie to join our hotel kitchen team at Chessington World of Adventures, where great food plays a key part in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

The role offers the chance to work across a diverse hotel operation, inlcuding an a la carte restaurant, word buffet service, corporate events and gala dinners, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills in a variety of settings. You'll be joining a supportive and welcoming team, with genuine opportunities for career progression. Many of our leaders started their journey in the kitchen, and we are passionate about promoting from within.

Key Responsibilities

Produce food in line with food safety guidelines and Aramark policy Deliver menu items to specification and to a consistently high standard Prepare food for service using prep lists and guidance from the Head Chef and Sous Chefs Support the coaching and development of Commis Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service Act as a champion for food safety at all times

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant culinary qualification Experience of working in a professional kithcen  Experience in industrial or high volume catering is preferred A passion for food and service A flexible and reliable approach to hours and duties This is a high-volume role, so you will need to be organised, motivated and able to perform well under pressure.
