Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, your core duties include:
- Leading by example, mentoring and supporting Chefs & Kitchen Team Members to uphold brand standards
- Effectively running your section and ensuring high standards of teamwork and efficiency
- Pre-setting, prepping and coordinating kitchen requirements before service begins
- Guaranteeing the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Cooking to specification with precision, deep menu knowledge, and mastery of recipes
