Requirements
- Existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step
- Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome
- Experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Passion to deliver fantastic food every time
- Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Active team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
- Great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
- Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams

Responsibilities
- Champion excellent service through quality food
- Deliver fantastic food every time
- Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
- Learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills
- Work alongside your Head Chef, demonstrate creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
- Maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour through great planning and organisational skills
- Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
