At the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton, our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces showcase fresh, seasonal dishes in a relaxed riverside setting. We’re now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team — someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers consistency under pressure, and wants to grow within a supportive, values-led environment.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Running your section confidently and efficiently during service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to brand and menu standards
- Assisting with menu development and daily specials
- Supporting mise en place, prep, and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety
- Helping to train and guide commis chefs and junior team members
- Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure quality and consistency
What Do You Need?
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis in a quality-driven kitchen
- Solid cooking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and teamwork
- A proactive attitude with the ambition to grow and develop your career
