Flexible Workforce Solutions are pleased to be working with a busy and well-established hospitality venue in Edinburgh to recruit a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced kitchen where quality, consistency, and teamwork are key to success.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play an essential role in maintaining kitchen standards during service. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Running your section efficiently during prep and service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining team structure
- Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are met
- Assisting with stock control and minimizing waste
- Contributing ideas for menus and daily specials
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Good organisation and attention to detail
