Head Chef – The Ship

Plymouth

Location: The Ship, Barbican, Plymouth – overlooking Plymouth’s historic harbour and scenic waterfront

Are you an ambitious Chef with experience in a fast-paced environment? Our vibrant, award-winning pub combines bustling tourist and local crowds with high-quality cuisine, an exciting outdoor seating area, and stunning views—ideal for someone passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality.

About the Role As part of our talented kitchen team at [St Austell Brewery’s The Ship], you’ll:

  • Collaborate closely with a motivated team to ensure consistent excellence in every dish
  • Cook using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients to delight both customers and critics
  • Follow precise food hygiene, Health & Safety, and culinary standards
  • Uphold a fast-paced, dynamic operation with a focus on efficiency and teamwork
  • Support town 치 bar operations (evening and weekend openings apply)
