Join Our Team at The Clarence! We are currently hiring a Chef de Partie to strengthen our friendly, hardworking team. About Us The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, which also operates Michelin-starred Cail Bruich, Michelin-recommended Brett & our newest venue-The Caravan Shop. Our recently refurbished restaurant & bar offers modern classics in a relaxed and welcoming environment. At the heart of everything we do is technique and execution of the product. Core Skills & Requirements Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations Have a genuine passion for great food, with experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen Be a team player with effective communication skills Be organised, capable of managing a section by preparing comprehensive MEP sheets, order lists, and prioritising tasks efficiently Take pride in your role and appearance Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence every day Salary & Benefits £12.90 PH per hour plus an equal share of TRONC tips from service charge and cash tips Workplace Pension Scheme – Eligible employees will be automatically enrolled, providing a hassle-free way to save for retirement Employee Meal Discounts – Enjoy generous discounts on food & drink for all staff members across the group Daily Staff Meal – We serve some of the best staff food in the UK!
