You’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience, ensuring our guests leave yearning for more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills while working under pressure.
  • Maintain consistent high standards of food quality and service.
  • Work across a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, and weekdays), requiring flexibility.
  • Assist in fulfilling seasonal demands and improving team performance.
  • Contribute to the hotel’s AC by Marriott branding and culinary excellence.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience as a Chef de Partie, with a proven ability to lead in high-pressure kitchen environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards (HACCP certification is advantageous).
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to adhering to brand standards and hotel policies.

Flexibility & Work Patterns

  • 365 days a week operation means shift diversity—weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Basis is casual/occasional, so swaps can generally be accommodated if discussed in advance.
  • Priority shifts are evenings and weekends, depending on hotel demand.
