Role: Chef de Partie
At the heart of exceptional food.
Responsibilities
- Sweet chronometry – Oversee your kitchen section, ensuring vocational precision in presentation, taste, and timing.
- Safety first – Maintain food safety standards, compliance with legislation, and adherence to company policy.
- Prepare with care – Work diligently to prep and execute food items on time and to the highest quality.
- Lead by example – Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
- Case ready solutions – Work closely with kitchen teams, front-of-house, and management to deliver seamless service.
