Chef de Partie
Chef De Partie – Harley Street Clinic, London
Location & Working Hours
- Site: London-based
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday (6:30 AM – 10:00 PM)
- Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview
Join a kitchen where nutrition truly matters. At the Harley Street Clinic, your culinary expertise will directly benefit patient recovery, offering fresh, high-quality meals tailored to each individual’s needs—be it restorative nutrition, comfort food, or simply a meal to uplift spirits.
While expectations may echo a fine-dining setting, the focus here is different: your food is part of healing. You’ll leverage commercial cooking skills while working under Sous Chef or Head Chef supervision within a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh, tailored meals from scratch
- Master bakery standards, cooking and grilling techniques
- Adapt quickly to new recipes and procedures
- Ensure consistent quality under pressure
- Work collaboratively as a team within fast-paced conditions
