Chef de Partie
Reliable and experienced Chef de Partie to work alongside the kitchen team to contribute to the daily kitchen activities, including aiding with menu preparation and ensuring food quality and freshness.
Requirements
- At least two years experience in a CDP position
- Dedicated and passionate about food
- An interest in Scottish food and utilising local produce is a plus
