The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with two stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests.
This role is based in the Great Gallery, our fine dining restaurant in Pall Mall, London.

Purpose of the role:
Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Chef de Rang to join us in The Great Gallery.
Working with a fantastic team you will be passionate about delivering a excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, engaging service through excellent communication, creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and their guests
- Ensure your section is impeccably set up to the highest standards.
- Delivering a first-class experience to members and their guests
- Ensure all orders are coded accurately, including highlighting allergens and dietary requirements
- Work seamlessly with team members and other departments to maintain smooth and efficient service.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
About you:
- Experience delivering 5* service in a similar environment
- Basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
- Awareness of Licencing laws
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer experience
- Team player
- Able to multitask
