Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Waiter/ Waitress to join our team at LPM London. Located in the heart of Mayfair, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while showcasing our exquisite menu and extensive wine selection.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are met promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/ Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices is advantageous.
