Key Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
- Oversee and implement menu changes, ensuring consistent quality
- Identify opportunities to improve food services and workflow
- Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance offerings
- Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
- Represent Eurest, maintaining a positive brand image and reputation
- Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked
- Oversee kitchen cleaning to uphold hygiene standards
- Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
Essential
In addition to your passion for exceptional food and customer service, we’re looking for:
- Qualification: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ in cooking
- Experience:
- Proven track record in a similar Chef role
- Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Certification: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
- Mindset: Flexible approach to working within our dynamic operations
