What you’ll be cooking up:
Prepare and serve delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – with minimal waste and maximum flavour. Set 4 weekly menus so only need to be able to follow recipe card. Deliver silver service-level dining for special functions and hospitality events. Collaborate with fellow chefs and mentor new team members – sharing your skills and raising the bar. Support with deliveries, stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records. Keep everything spotless – from fridges to hot cabinets – and complete daily due diligence paperwork. Take part in regular deep cleans to maintain our high standards.
What we’re looking for:
Culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent) A true team player with effective communication skills Confident, flexible, and full of fresh ideas Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years)
