We passionately focus on delivering nutritious, high-quality meals to fuel happiness and learning. In this leadership role as a Chef Manager at High March School, Beaconsfield (HP9 2PZ), you’ll lead an elite team in a premium kitchen setting while shaping Centre of Excellence standards.

What We’re Looking For
We seek a true leader with expertise in:
- Management: Strong hands-on kitchen leadership (preferably in independent schools or similar premium environments)
- Cookery: Consistent, high-ambition seasonal & fresh food preparation
- Operations: Proven track record in menu planning, budget control, compliance, and efficiency
- Team Culture: Ability to inspire and retain talent while maintaining standards
Ideal profile includes (minimum 1 year in this sector): ✔ Kitchen management in a performance-driven environment (e.g., Michelin-star, private schools, or high standards restaurants) ✔ Event catering experience (banquets, weddings, special functions) ✔ Strong organisational skills: Adaptable during peak service (1,000+ mealtimes daily) ✔ Health & Safety: Catering licence/food safety certificate or ability to complete via IFG
