We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead our friendly catering operation in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves food, enjoys building relationships with clients and takes pride in running a successful kitchen with the freedom to make the offer their own.

Enjoy a genuine work-life balance with no evenings or weekends.

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm (30-minute break)
Friday: 7:00am-10:30am
Reduced trading over Christmas and New Year


What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, but you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating delicious breakfasts for 10-15 colleagues each morning.
  • Preparing fresh, high-quality hot lunches for around 40-50 customers daily.
  • Developing an exciting deli offer including baguettes, paninis and wraps.
  • Ordering food, coffee bar supplies and retail stock.
  • Managing food production, waste and menu planning to maximise quality and minimise waste.
  • Building strong relationships with your client and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Providing occasional hospitality for meetings and events.
  • Leading and developing a small team, including HR processes and payroll.
  • Managing the site's P&L with support from your Regional Manager and Finance team.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, allergen management, health & safety and compliance.
