We’re looking for a Chef Manager to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art care home, blending culinary passion with expert leadership in a fresh food kitchen.
Responsibilities
You’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Creating and delivering a varied, nutritional menu tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Leading a kitchen team, training and mentoring staff to ensure an excellent dining experience.
- Showcasing innovation in cooking while maintaining high-quality food safety standards.
- Managing:
- COSHH & HACCP compliance
- Company policies & procedures
- Budgets
- Orders & deliveries
- Special events (e.g., seasonal festivals, holidays, birthday celebrations).
