Location: The Mole Resort, EX37 9HD

Salary: £13–£17 per hour (depending on experience)

Nestled in the heart of stunning North Devon countryside, The Mole Resort offers a truly unique working environment surrounded by breathtaking scenery, fresh local produce, and a vibrant hospitality atmosphere. We are now seeking passionate and talented chefs at all levels to join our expanding kitchen team.

Whether you're an aspiring Commis Chef, a skilled Chef de Partie, or an experienced Sous Chef, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across a diverse and dynamic food offering while progressing your culinary career.

About the Role

As part of our professional kitchen brigade, you will gain experience across a variety of food outlets and services, including:

  • A busy hotel restaurant serving high-quality seasonal menus
  • Relaxed bar and casual dining concepts
  • Corporate events and private functions
  • Beautiful wedding and celebratory event catering, delivering memorable experiences for guests on their special day

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced and professional kitchen team
  • Support service across multiple outlets and event operations
  • Assist with stock control, prep, and kitchen organisation
  • Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal dishes
  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences for both leisure guests and event clients
