Nursery Chef
We are recruiting a passionate Nursery Chef for a well-established UK EYFS & Montessori nursery in North West London, opening its second branch.
Location North West London, United Kingdom
Contract & Hours
- Permanent, Full-Time
- Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
- Salary: Up to £15/hour
- Working Hours: Either 08:00am–04:00pm or 09:00am–06:00pm
About the Role
The Nursery Chef will play a crucial role in supporting children’s health, wellbeing, and development through fresh, nutritious, homemade meals for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh lunches, snacks, and tea-time meals daily.
- Design balanced menus tailored for early years children (3 months–5 years).
- Ensure adherence to dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation.
- Efficiently manage food stock and kitchen supplies to minimise waste.
- Collaborate closely with the nursery team to enhance the positive mealtime experience.

Requirements
✔ Essential
- Food Safety Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
