Location: HMS Caledonia, Hilton Rd, Rosyth, FIFE, KY11 2XH
Salary: £27,393.45
Hours: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), 5 days over 7 (including weekends and evenings) Shift times: TBA

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner services for service members
- Provide silver service-level catering for hospitality events
- Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and high-quality meals
- Train and support new team members in kitchen operations
- Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchn records
- Monitor food safety standards and complete required due diligence paperwork
- Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines
Requirements
- Relevant culinary qualification: NVQ Level 1/2 or equivalent experience
- Confident and competent chef with strong teamworking skills
- Flexible, innovative, and passionate about culinary excellence
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS check
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the right to legal work
