The Role
Responsibilities
As a Chef in our kitchens, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present hotel-standard meals that meet specifications and exceed customer expectations—every time.
- Uphold exceptionally high hygiene standards, ensuring absolute safety for the team and guests.
- Communicate efficiently to drive co-ordinated delivery of meals on time—timing equals quality.
- Stay ahead of menu changes, seasonal new items and driving guest loyalty through promotions.
