About The Role
You'll be preparing and delivering high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients while maintaining excellent food hygiene and presentation standards. You'll work alongside a supportive team, contribute ideas to seasonal menus and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent on role).
- Passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent food hygiene and safety knowledge.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
