At Prezzo Italian, we’re searching for a skilled Chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment. Create exceptional dishes with passion, precision, and excellence. Join a team that lives the HEART culture and transforms dining into memorable experiences.
With structured training, you’ll progress clearly—starting as Chef 1 (focused on one section), advancing as Chef 2 (two sections), and evolving to Chef 3 (mastering all areas). Every step is supported, encouraged, and celebrated.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver impressive dishes aligned with Hospitality Magic principles—each plate should make guests feel special.
- Own your creations and ensure every dish meets Prezzo Italian’s high standards.
- Uphold their food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP compliance.
- Engage with guests, deepening relationships while maintaining a welcoming presence.
- Support stock control by following portion guidelines, minimising waste, and keeping records (temperature checks, cleaning logs) accurate.
- Continuously develop your skills by embracing feedback, improving resilience, and thriving in fast-paced shifts.
- Foster a team-first mindset through mutual support and celebrating collective achievements.
