💰 £12.88 - £13.39 per hour (+ tronc & perks!)
We’re searching for a talented Chef who thrives in a dynamic environment, blending passion, precision, and pride into every dish. At Prezzo Italian, you’ll join a team dedicated to creating memorable food experiences while growing your skills with structured training and support.
Your journey will begin as a CheEF 1, covering one section before stepping up as a Cheef 2 across two, and ultimately mastering all three as a Cheef 3. Every level provides guidance, encouragement, and growth—because every second in the kitchen matters.
What You’ll Do as a Line Chef
- Craft exceptional dishes that delight guests every time, embodying our Hospitality Magic ethos
- Take full ownership of your work, ensuring every plate meets our highest standards of excellence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen by adhering to:
- Food safety and hygiene standards
- HACCP policies
- Accurate temperature checks
- Timely completion of cleaning records and paperwork
- Engage with guests—be the face of our restaurant, fostering relationships that leave a lasting impression
- Support stock control through portion accuracy and waste reduction
- Continuously push boundaries in your craft: embrace feedback, stay resilient, and strive to improve in a fast-paced kitchen
