Starting Salary: £32,500 + Benefits
We're looking for a Chef Staffing Coordinator to join the I Am Chef team in London. I Am Chef supplies exceptional freelance chefs to some of the UK's leading hospitality venues, private clients and events. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who's passionate about people and excited to build a career within staffing and recruitment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. Previous staffing or recruitment experience isn't essential—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

- Booking freelance chefs across a variety of client bookings
- Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new chefs
- Building and maintaining relationships with our freelance chef network
- Managing bookings and ensuring shifts are filled efficiently
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the staffing operation
- Delivering exceptional service to both our clients and chefs
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing administrative tasks and keeping accurate records
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with people
- Proactive, positive and eager to learn
- Looking to build a long-term career within staffing and recruitment

Previous experience working as a chef or within a professional kitchen would be a significant advantage, although not essential.
