Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Chemical / Pharmaceutical Process Plant Technician in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the Chemical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor chemical and pharmaceutical process equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections of plant machinery and systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Record and maintain operational logs and reports.
  • Support production teams to achieve process efficiency targets.
  • Follow SOPs and GMP requirements where applicable.

Required Skills

  • Process Plant Operations – Experience operating industrial process systems.
  • Equipment Monitoring – Ability to monitor plant performance parameters.
  • Mechanical Troubleshooting – Diagnose equipment faults and failures.
  • Process Safety Compliance – Understanding of industrial safety procedures.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Accurate recording of operational activities.

Preferred Skills

  • GMP knowledge in pharmaceutical environments.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or process plant operations and equipment handling. Experience in industrial manufacturing environments and exposure to plant maintenance activities will be advantageous.

Education

  • Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
  • Preferred: Relevant industry certifications
  • Additional: Process Safety / GMP certifications (if available)
