Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Chemical / Pharmaceutical Process Plant Technician in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the Chemical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical and pharmaceutical process equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of plant machinery and systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Record and maintain operational logs and reports.
- Support production teams to achieve process efficiency targets.
- Follow SOPs and GMP requirements where applicable.

Required Skills
- Process Plant Operations – Experience operating industrial process systems.
- Equipment Monitoring – Ability to monitor plant performance parameters.
- Mechanical Troubleshooting – Diagnose equipment faults and failures.
- Process Safety Compliance – Understanding of industrial safety procedures.
- Documentation & Reporting – Accurate recording of operational activities.
Preferred Skills
- GMP knowledge in pharmaceutical environments.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or process plant operations and equipment handling. Experience in industrial manufacturing environments and exposure to plant maintenance activities will be advantageous.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
- Preferred: Relevant industry certifications
- Additional: Process Safety / GMP certifications (if available)
