About The Role
What if your years of chemistry training could directly shape how AI reasons through some of the most complex scientific problems in the world? We’re looking for expert Chemistry consultants — Masters or PhD holders — to design, solve, and evaluate advanced chemistry problems that teach AI to think like a scientist.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for domain experts who want to do impactful, intellectually stimulating work on their own schedule. No prior AI experience needed — just deep chemistry knowledge and a commitment to scientific rigor.

What You'll Do
- Design and solve advanced chemistry problems across:
- Organic chemistry
- Inorganic chemistry
- Physical chemistry
- Computational chemistry
- Review and evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for:
- Scientific accuracy
- Depth
- Clarity
- Develop complex, real-world problem statements to challenge and improve AI reasoning
- Collaborate asynchronously with:
- AI researchers
- Fellow domain experts
- Ensure every deliverable meets a high standard of:
- Scientific rigor
- Precision
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Education: Hold a Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
- Expertise: Deep specialization in at least one discipline:
- Organic chemistry
- Inorganic chemistry
- Physical chemistry
- Computational chemistry
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using:
- Python
- Computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian or VASP)
- Attention to Detail: Exceptionally thorough — your workshine, precision-focused, and error-free
- Communication: Strong written communicator who explains complex concepts with clarity
- Professional Traits: Self-motivated, reliable, and disciplined working independently without supervision
